Andy Grove’s work with Intel and the ideas he expressed in his two seminal books, High Output Management and Only The Paranoid Survive, have influenced my thinking on building and operating companies more than anyone else.

Today’s article sits very close to my heart. I tried to take some of his ideas from Paraniid and scale them down to the needs and strategic requirements of building and operating one person businesses.

Additionally, I experimented a bit with this post and tried created a set of assets that include prompting structure for creating projects on an AI platform, such that you could take these ideas and begin to have a conversation with your AI about how they apply to your work.
