The thing about AI and writing is that AI is good at architecture and engineering, but lousy at laying the bricks. AI is about the law of large numbers, finding the middle of the word distribution, and charting the most average path. AI wants me to fix anything interesting and replace it with a cliche. AI loves a tired adjective. AI never whomps, it tucks in. And to all that I say: twaddle.
