Important and appropriate that there is now an Indigenous space at the centre of Toronto between City Hall and Osgoode Hall. I haven’t seen it yet but the description of the carved turtle, the reflecting pond, the list of residential schools and the Teaching Lodge cannot help but make this an essential gathering place for all Torontonians and those who come to visit the city.
