Make money doing the work you believe in

Okay, let’s get rolling with accountability Monday. I weighed in this morning at 272.6 lbs. Started the day with water and my vitamins, had a healthy breakfast, and then got in a 30-minute walk. I downloaded an app that has virtual walking trails of varying lengths. Starting out with the Grand Canyon, which is just shy of 10 miles. The goal is to complete that one this week, with my weight goal being to get under 270 this week.
