I am not going to talk about weight loss here, as that will be a Monday thing, but let’s get into some other goals. I have been walking daily and just completed the 9.6-mile Grand Canyon trail on the walking app I am using. Next up is the 26-mile Boston Marathon route, which might take a couple of weeks to finish. I have cut out sugar in a big way, am drinking tons of water, and have a solid calorie deficit going this week. Onward and upward.
