UPDATE - Well, they escalated my case because I work from home and will have someone out between 8 and 9 AM on Monday. Still, damn them.

Damn Spectrum to the bloody bowels of hell. Internet is out and unrepairable until Tuesday. I am currently using my phone as a hotspot until the high speed data runs out, at which point I will be sent back to dial-up days.
