I am 1 week into my healthy journey, and the results are not bad. I started calorie counting using the Lose It app and posted a 3,982 calorie deficit for the week. I had 155 minutes of active walking that accounted for about 14 miles covered. I started on Day 1 at 272.6 pounds and weighed in this morning at 269.2 pounds for a weight loss of 3.4 pounds. Moving forward, I am looking to lose 2 pounds per week, which I think is both manageable and healthy.
