Women are on average inferior to men in physical strength, footspeed, and stamina. Women on average are superior to men in longevity - their life expectancy is greater. Spatial skills - of which I have less than the average man - are on average greater in men, which makes men have on average higher aptitudes to be an air traffic controller. Women on average have superior language skills. Women on average have greater emotional attachments to children, just as mothers in most of the animal world stay with their offspring while the fathers don't. I could go on at length, but suffice it to say that evolution over 100,000+ years has resulted in most of these differences.
