Wear whatever you like
Yoga leggings that cost the same as a weekly shop might look nice, but they aren’t a requirement. Just wear whatever you’re comfy in — your yoga will be just as good.
Be sad
Yoga isn’t about forcing yourself to be happy. You’re not doing yoga wrong if you still have perfectly normal human feelings.
Struggle to get your mat out
We do yoga in amongst our life, and life can be busy and tiring. If you’re struggling to get your mat out, it doesn’t mean you’re bad at yoga — you might just be tired. Try doing five-minute sessions woven into your day instead.
Not be bendy
You don’t have to be able to stand on your head, do the splits, or touch your toes to be advanced at yoga. Yoga is an internal journey and you can’t measure it in physical goals.
Yoga is there to meet YOU exactly where you are — so stop waiting for the perfect moment, or for you to become someone else, and start from right here.
