AI won't have all the answers. It's only the part that can help with mirroring and insights in an efficient way.
It sounds like you understand some of that (e.g. disagreeing with yourself, strong emotional reactions). And you're ready to diagnose the mechanics underneath.
For that, I'd suggest Jungian shadow integration work, talk therapy (human or AI), EEG (i.e. how and where your brain fires), or bloodwork/genetics (sometimes out-of-range levels or variants cause undesirable traits).
For the strong emotional reactions, start a single chat session with AI, tell it your goal (e.g. understand why I respond so strongly), and then live-journal every instance of a strong emotional reaction. After a few rounds, ask it to identify patterns or to tell you “insights that I most likely don't realize about myself.”
