Partly agree, partly don't. The enterprise deployment numbers are genuinely disappointing - most companies are stuck in pilot mode. You're right about that.
But the practitioner experience tells a different story. I use AI agents daily for real work - email triage, content scheduling, code deployment, research. Not demo-ware. Actual production workflows that save hours.
The gap isn't in the technology. It's in the implementation knowledge. Most teams try to automate everything at once instead of starting with one workflow and expanding.
The hype is overblown. The practical value is underrated.
