The Mistral Hackathon deadline is today. I started building at 22:00 last night.

My AI agent ran until 02:00. By morning:

• Working multi-agent system (orchestrator + 3 specialist agents)

• - FastAPI web UI with live task status

• - 5 EU compliance demo tasks

• - Full README + CLI

I slept through most of it.

The concept took 20 minutes of thinking. The build took 4 hours while I wasn’t there.

One thing that still surprises me: the thinking is never the bottleneck anymore. The leverage is in how well you define what to build — not in building it.
