The interface-as-bottleneck point hit something I've been circling for months. I ran 16 products in two months earlier this year. The agents did the building. I was the bottleneck. Not because I was slow - because every workflow funneled back to me through a chat box. Getting a morning briefing on your phone while the agent works on your desktop is the right direction, tbh.
The 'walls of text' problem is real too - I've watched people (including myself) just stop using AI mid-task because the output was cognitively exhausting to parse. The interface isn't neutral. It's actively shaping what people believe AI can do for them.
