Following Librarian of Celaeno’s stunning and brave example by using today (for no particular reason) to finally admit some embarrassing Thoughts™ that I just can’t hide any longer:

• The Last Jedi is easily the best Star Wars content ever made, and Rian Johnson handled Luke Skywalker with the proper amount of respect and gravitas. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I personally spent almost three decades of my life desperately wishing we had a graphic scene of Luke sucking down blue milk out of a space cow’s teat. It’s so obviously appropriate and consistent with his past characterization and personality!

• Rings of Power is not only the greatest fantasy television show of all time, but it’s also as close to a perfect adaptation of Tolkien’s work that we’ve ever gotten. Peter Jackson’s a total amateur compared to those misunderstood visionaries, J.D. Payne and Patrick McKay. They give us the meat, and they give it to us raw!

• Joseph Robinette Biden is the most honest politician this country has ever produced. I am hard pressed to think of a single time that he ever lied, plagiarized, or tried to BS his way out of a scandal. Plus he has never, ever, not once bungled any foreign policy initiatives!

• Everyone says Courtney murdered Kurt, but it was really Dave Grohl. It all makes perfect sense when you actually think about it!

That’s it for now, but the list might expand as more of my shameful, secretive viewpoints are exposed throughout the course of the day (of which there is absolutely nothing noteworthy or coincidental whatsoever).
