Last week was intense. A heat wave here in London, with the kids off school, on the heels of a week spent celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday (I even convinced her to get a tattoo - more on that soon!) - but in the midst of all this life, it was a tremendous joy to sit down with Nell Derick Debevoise Dewey and riff on the Joyconomy, the role of joy in leadership and high-performance work… to discuss the Joy Audit and really deep dive into some super practical joy-related stuff that I don’t think women talk about enough.
