Thanks for sharing. These things really are wake up calls and now it gives you the chance to really be in charge of your health. It can be a very positive change to actively do things to help you be more healthy and look for ways to lower stress. I've been on that journey for many years because of a mild heart attack and that incident probably extended my life. Now get to the fun work of living a healthy life, it doesn't mean you have to give up everything just adapt to a life of moderation and relaxation. Go for it.....
