I’m going to say something that shouldn’t be controversial but will be. If you are a Christian, you can support border control and immigration being legal vs illegal. You CANNOT celebrate deportations and get off on the cruelty, and be a real Christ follower. Period

I understand how you feel, Tim, about a possible end to Donald Trump in national politics. Opposition to Trump has built this coalition of Center Right Repubs/Independents to Center Left Dems (me.) that is The Bulwark. But...
If Harris wins, Trumpism/MAGA will go on. It is too big of a minority to fade away, IMO. The fight against MAGA will go on and so will The Bulwark and its anti-Trump coalition.
