And when Black women finally react/respond to the abuse we have endured in the workplace we are often labeled as aggressive, angry or difficult to work with. This isn’t about a single moment or a single individual. It’s about a pattern. And patterns require accountability not silence, not deflection, and not selective interpretation like a compelling rivalry.
