The app for independent voices

I recently wrote an article detailing the major schools of thought in decision-making, including their history, their major claims, and some resources for those interested in learning more. But since it is a long read, here is also a reference chart!

My personal take is that it is useful to have different traditions of decision-making because they serve different functions and domains. But at the same time, science should be coherent, and we should work to try and bridge the differences (real or perceived) between these schools of thought.

(But I will also admit that I have a little bit of a bias. I think NDM is more correct and has a better understanding of decision-making. That's a big reason why I work with Gary Klein!)
