Implementation of AI in the workplace is freeing up time of the workers. Who does that extra time belong to and what should they do with it? The company or the individual?

I surveyed my organization and found that most people plan to use the “extra” time for self-development through training and for doing strategic planning.

These are definitely areas for workers to focus on, but how much time can everyone spend on strategic planning? What else could the workers focus on? Innovating? Or possibly given the time back?
