I like that it treats knowledge as a first class citizen. Decisions are knowledge

I call BS on the hype 1) it’s a feature for existing platforms 2) these are people problems 3) to get it to work you need to boil the ocean 4) so what? The use cases on what to do with the decision maps are not clear.
