I was Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel in 1990-1991.

The Presidential Records Act is not even arguably unconstitutional. The opinion to the contrary by the current Assistant Attorney General is a joke.

There’s not a chance in the world that Judge Howell will uphold this opinion.
