Early Easter Sunday mornin’ in the Swiss town of Thun: down by the Aare River, orange wallflowers are showin’ off, pink ranunculus are actin’ fancy, and purple violets are keepin’ company with those dark, regal crown imperials.
In the background, the old town, the castle, and the church are all reflected in that clear water like they’re admirin’ themselves a little.
Come noon, there’ll be thousands of tourists enjoyin’ the view — but right now, it’s just me, the flowers… and the quiet before the postcards wake up.
