I don’t need to drive halfway across the country or catch a flight over Easter. I’m just fine sittin’ right here in our little Swiss town, at my own table, enjoyin’ an Easter breakfast with a homemade sourdough butter braid.
Cheese, butter, and eggs all from the farmer down the road — not exactly a long supply chain.
And out the window? Those Bernese Oberland peaks just standin’ there like they were put on display for breakfast company.
