Stay faithful in the place you are in.It is easy to think your gift would matter more somewhere else: If I had more time. If I had more influence. If I lived somewhere different. If my life looked different.

But God knew exactly where you would be living right now: Your family. Your church. Your work. Your small circle. Your writing. Your struggles. Your daily routine.

None of that is accidental.

Pray Today: Lord, please show me how I can use what You gave me right where I am.Who around me needs encouragement, truth, or prayer?Who needs the words that you gave me? Who just needs a hug?What have I been overlooking because it feels ordinary? Help me to be faithful to the assignment that you have for me and to remember that we all are truly nothing without you.
