Guard your heart from fear, but also from hardness. When the world feels unstable, people often react in two ways.

Some become afraid. Some become hard.

Fear makes the heart shrink. Hardness makes the heart cold.

God calls His people to something different: alert, but peaceful. Aware, but not panicked. Serious, but still full of love.

This takes prayer.

Ask Him:Heavenly Father, keep my heart tender.Keep my mind clear.Help me see what is happening without losing trust in You. Help my heart not to grow hard but to soften even more toward people and your message. Use me however you want to use me. I commit to following through each step you ask me to take and trust that you will bring me successfully through. Amen.
