Honest admission: I didn't really know what I was doing for the first two years.
I tested offers that didn't sell, priced things wrong, built audiences for products that never shipped, and burned weekends on launches that produced almost no revenue. All of it was the build, even though none of it looked like it at the time.
The visible end product you see now is downstream of a long stretch of figuring it out badly. Worth knowing if you're inside year two and feeling like everyone else got the manual.
