Ok, Substack writers, just so you know…we were experiencing a slight dip in numbers, and I knew it wasn’t the content, so I thought it must be in the delivery. After chatting with former DMReg editor, Randy Evans, and the extraordinary Substack whisperer Sarah Fay, PhD, and spending time with Canva and ChatGPT to determine ways to make the design work, this is the result. So far this morning, in the few hours since publishing, we’ve seen a spike in new and upgraded subscriptions.

I think I might skip adding the photo gallery next time because the images end up too big on mobile.
