Great interview with Domenica Marchetti! I love her Preserving Italy cookbook, probably my favorite preserving book. And I love this one on cookies, I can't wait to bake from it. Even though I'm Italian, there are so many traditional cookies I hadn't heard of, it is such a fascinating journey!
