Why is Marco Rubio putting his secret police in the dangerous position of performing masked, undercover abductions on the street?

It’s expensive and inefficient. And with stand-your-ground laws, it creates the opportunity for dangerous encounters where someone might use deadly force against the police, not realizing that they are law enforcement.

It couldn’t be that Rubio is hoping for an arrest that goes bad, could it?
