how not starting or quitting it will be super painful
ways you can add rewards or consequences for the habit

-think about how good Iāll feel immediately after completing the practice āpleasure
-think about how upset Iāll be with myself if I donāt go āpain
-reward myself with a matcha latte after āpleasure
-tell my friend Iāll give them $100 if I donāt stay accountable to my new habit āpain
