  2. how not starting or quitting it will be super painful

  3. ways you can add rewards or consequences for the habit

-think about how good I’ll feel immediately after completing the practice →pleasure

-think about how upset I’ll be with myself if I don’t go →pain

-reward myself with a matcha latte after →pleasure

-tell my friend I’ll give them $100 if I don’t stay accountable to my new habit →pain
