Let's assume Nvidia managed to succeed where Qualcomm failed and convinced everyone and their family to work on hardware compatible with ARM architecture, performing as well as on x86, and let's assume Nvidia does it so fast that it managed to take the whole Intel market share in all segments (specially datacenters’ CPUs) and revenue in a record short time. Intel made almost 53B in revenue in 2025, so around 13.25B per quarter. This is less than Microsoft's spending in one quarter with Nvidia, and on par with roughly Customer B as of now, without the need for them to increase spending if Nvidia wants to keep the Beat and Raise, considering Nvidia will continue to stay constrained to few players.
Jensen better focus on convincing Satya on increasing Microsoft's spending, as his conviction on stockpiling GPUs is reducing day by day.
