It’s been a hard few months on my end, no doubt. But I am happy that being on Substack is helping me get my writing mojo back. Again, thank you, especially to the paying subscribers who have helped liberate my pen!

Regardless of what happens in the journalism industry, I’ll write. I have a really wide range of interests — sociology, mythology , culture, human rights, race, feminism— to of course, martial arts. And yes, personal reflections on grief, loss, and transformation.
