I deeply appreciated this Moltbook explainer from Kelsey Piper.

Other people pointed out that, well, Moltbook sucks. A significant fraction of the site is crypto scams by volume, because of course it is. A significant fraction is inane pseudoprofundity, and the entire site is deeply unpleasant to read through because of the incessant slop.
