Favorite meal, as of late: Greek pie. I’ve been making it (DF GF) with tomatoes preserved in olive oil, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, onion, a few eggs and lots of spinach, in pie crusts made from scratch (almond flour and GF all-purpose flour), sprinkled with “feta” on top. Is there any better thing. (Although I’m about to try Overnight French Toast, so there might be a better thing …)
