0 posts → 23,000 readers (and a lot of shame)
The first time I hit publish, I was embarrassed. Full-time job at Miro. Tiny apartment. Big fear of being judged.
But I kept seeing things no one said out loud — especially how designers were left out of growth and PLG decisions. So I wrote anyway.
That first piece went viral. 1,000+ people read it. Quietly. From all over the world.
Since then:
0 → 23,000 followers
ideas → community
writing → real partnerships
The lesson I keep coming back to: People read long before they react. Your voice matters before the numbers do.
I’m glad I didn’t let the shame decide for me.
