If you have neither, attack the witnesses. Discredit every single one. Cast doubt on each piece of evidence. Sow confusion everywhere. (And if the judge is for sale, well that helps quite a lot!) Just watch the O.J. Simpson Trial---- that was a masterful example of all, or most of the above!
