Wise Substackers, please help me out of a muddle: My paid subscriber numbers have plateaued so I’m trying to update my offering here to give more value to the paid tier in the hope of converting more readers. But I’m struggling to balance:

• giving paid subscribers more content 

• annoying people by cluttering their inbox

• making the paid v free offering too complicated

• overwhelming myself with an unsustainable publishing schedule
