I’m on Substack because I love to write.

That’s it.

I’m not here to get tons of subscribers or crack the algorithm or master the template to writing viral Notes.

I’m here to write.

I like to write about lots of things but especially:

• seasonal rhythms

• slow beauty

• history and material culture

• books

• organic skincare formulation

• plant magic.

That probably sounds like a strange array of interests, but I don’t intend to turn my Substack into a niche or pigeonhole myself into only writing about certain things in order to fit into some self-imposed box.
