1. Where in my life do I notice myself leaning strongly toward one way of being? What might that part of me be trying to protect?
2. What parts of myself do I tend to avoid or push away and when did I first learn they weren’t safe to express?
3. Can I recall a recent moment where I acted differently from what I genuinely felt? What was I needing in that moment?
