Anyone here doing fractional product leadership?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot the last few weeks and think it’s something I want to try out.

I’ve got a few friends who moved to fractional roles (mainly product marketing), and they love it. But I haven’t seen it as much for product leadership. But maybe I just haven’t found the right people yet…

My background: last 10 years working in high-growth tech startups, most recently in a head of product role. Before that I spent 10 years running my own tech company.

Anyone doing fractional product leadership? Any tips?
