“I don’t believe we have to go back and live AS our roots, or the same AS our ancestors, or recreate our childhood in order to experience depth and deeper self connection,  But I do believe if we cut off that connection entirely and try to replant in a new life, no matter how beautiful, there will always be a part of ourselves starved of sustenance.  If we try to leave it all behind and write an entirely new story, we deprive ourselves of the honest gift of who we are. Our unique and cosmic mashup of life experiences, emotion, memories, dreams, visions, relationships, learnings. Everything that has us perceiving life in the way that we do.
