This week's meal plan has a hot honey pepperoni pizza skillet on it and I NEED you to understand that the hot honey drizzle at the end changed EVERYTHING.
The cheese is browned and bubbly on top. The pepperoni edges get slightly crispy just like on a real pizza. The pasta underneath gets crunchy at the edges like baked ziti. And then you pull it out of the oven and immediately drizzle hot honey all over it while it is still steaming.
Same cozy Friday night pizza energy. One pan. 30 minutes. Completely gluten free.
