I believe that not only cursive writing, but cursive writing with a pencil on scratchy low-quality paper helped kids learn to read and spell. That muscle effort plus the slow painstaking creation of each letter while saying the sound of the letter in your head or outloud—and then blending it into the next connected letter—how could this not be helpful?
Comparisons of Trudeau to Nazis ignore the fact that all of the original Nazis at Nuremberg were IQ tested by a Jewish US Captain and all except one had IQs in the gifted range or higher. What was done to the civilians of Dresden was shameful. I think most reputable historians agree on that. But was it any eworse than what Bush Jr did many decades later?
Bush was a mass murderer. No way around that one. The war in Iraq was not about WMD, it was about Saddam Hussein's trading Euros for oil. The action in Libya was about plans to implement an African gold backed dinar. We went in and stole Libya's gold and HRC laughed at the murder of Khadafi.
Had we entered the war on the side of Germany against the Bolsheviks we would be far better off today. General Patton was right. "We went to war on the wrong side."
