Place matters. Make your place.

Walking through yet another office with straight rows of individual desks, I was reminded of how much place matters. Those straight rows serve the needs of space planners but they don’t serve the human needs of the people who will sit there. Team-developed space may be messier or more chaotic, but it is the team’s space.
