Over the years I've asked this question multiple times: Under what circumstances would you use deadly force? Would you kill someone who was taking your TV or stealing your stuff? Would it only be if your family was in peril? Or is trespassing enough to fire off a couple of warning shots? I've lived in Queensbury for over 30 years and never felt in danger even when a strange car drives up my driveway. It seems like a large percentage of people buying guns is because they are afraid of something. I don't get it.
