If the state owns it all, there is no private ownership. I lived in communist Romania. This is financial capitalism, and state structures used by private entities. We can call it capitalist fascism. For sure there is no democracy and there is no a constitutional republic. I know that propaganda would like to label everything negative as communism, but the seeds of the evil we face today are to be found in other political and state organization.

Its fascism not communism. Its only called communism because yanks are brain washed to see communism as evil. Fascism is defined as corporate control but its really about the people who control the corporations. Its the very opposite of socialism which is why the USA has always been at war with any socialist country.
