π³ We've been measuring the wrong game with the wrong scoreboard.
Imagine a baseball game being scored with a football scoreboard.
7 points means something VERY different depending on which game you're playing.
π₯ Here's an uncomfortable truth: the church has been using an institutional scoreboard for a disciple-making game for decades.
Attendance.
Giving.
Program participation.
Butts in seats.
And none of those numbers tell you whether a single person is being equipped to make disciples.
You can have a packed parking lot and a stalled Kingdom.
A growing budget and a shrinking mission.
A full Sunday service and a generation quietly walking out the back door.
Jesus didn't say "Go and fill auditoriums." He said "Go and make disciples."
β€οΈβπ₯ New scoreboard questions β€οΈβπ₯
β How many spiritual conversations did you have this week with people who don't follow Jesus yet?
β Is anyone in your life moving CLOSER to Jesus because of your intentional presence?
β Are the people you're investing in beginning to invest in others?
What would you start noticing if you changed what you were tracking?
