🛑 Stop waiting for the green light.

🟢It was given 2,000 years ago.

I've watched it happen for years.

Sincere, passionate followers of Jesus, waiting.

Waiting until they've

• Grown enough.

• Read enough.

• Healed enough.

Figured out enough of their own mess before they feel qualified to invest in someone else.

The green light is not coming.

Not the way they're imagining it.

Here's who Jesus chose to launch the most world-changing movement in human history:

• Simon Peter had an anger problem.

• Thomas had a doubt problem.

• The Sons of Thunder had a power problem.

These are not polished spiritual giants.

These are works in progress, just like you and me.

And Jesus sent them out to make disciples ANYWAY.

😳 Before they had it figured out.

Discipleship and disciple-making aren't sequential. They're simultaneous.

🛑 So stop waiting.
