💥 Jesus had access to 6 million people. He went deep with 12💥
There were roughly 6 million Jews in the 1st century.
Jesus, who could heal the sick, raise the dead, and feed thousands from a kid's lunchbox, chose to pour His life into 12.
And not just any twelve. He picked
Some unclean fishermen.
A traitor tax collector.
A violent Zealot.
Men who had probably washed out of Hebrew school after Level One.
From those twelve (one of whom betrayed Him, one denied Him, and most of whom scattered when things got hard) came a movement that turned the known world upside down within a couple of generations.
The 5,000 who ate fish and bread? They went home. The twelve changed everything.
Modern church logic says: reach as many as possible.
Jesus' logic said: invest deeply in the few who will multiply the many.
If you invest in 2 people this year, and they each invest in 2 people next year, and that pattern holds , by year 10 you've touched 1,000 people.
Not just reached. Trained. Multiplied.
That's not a program. That's a movement.
Who are the two or three people in your life you're genuinely, consistently, intentionally pouring into?
